  • This will delete all non-default configuration on the switch, including saved backed up configuration files
Environment
  • Securestack
  • A2-Series

  • B2-Series

Procedure
  1. Connect Null modem cable from PC to COM port on switch
  2. Reset or power cycle switch
  3. You have 2 seconds to hit "2" and "Enter" when you see "Select(1,2)?"
  4. When prompted for password, type "administrator"
  5. Select option "Restore Configuration to factory defaults (delete config files)"
  6. Select option "Reset the system" - answer "Y(es)"
  7. Unit will boot to "Username(admin) and Password ("Enter Key")

10 - Set new Boot Code password
