From Extreme Management Center

Analytics->Configuration->Engines->Select Engine->Configuration

Scroll to flow sources and click Add

Add Flow Source IP (PV-FC-180 IP address)

Select Source Ports (ones that will be looking at traffic)

Destination port, typically use a tunnel port to save on front panel port space. However a physical port can be used. It would directly connect to the Analytics appliance eth1 or other non eth0 port.

Shows port selection for source. Make sure to not use your uplink port to the network.

Select Mirror Destination Port. Tunnel port is recommended, as it saves a physical front panel port.

To do this, make sure to also click enable tunneling checkbox,
The Tunnel IP is the local IP of the PV-FC-180. A seperate IP can be used, and will be programmed in as a loopback.

The below screenshots shows the device added as a flow source successfully.

Additional notes
The software that supports this feature is 8.1.2.xx
An ip address will need to be added to the PV-FC-180
use 'set ip address X.X.X.X mask interface vlan.0.1 gateway X.X.X.X'
