Procedure

Select Device:

Example WiNG controller

System tree

From context menu select:

Show Running Config  -- If you are backing up your config
Show  Startup Config  --  If you are restoring a backup of your config

Context menu

Select Protocol drop down box and choose local

Click Export -- If you are backing up your config

Click Import --  If you are restoring a backup of your config

Final steps:

Exporting Running-config
You will be prompted to select your file location and give the file a name (default file name is test.txt).

Importing Running-config
If you are importing a configuration you will need to reboot your system for those changes to take effect.
From context menu select reload, then when prompted click reload.

Additional notes
Swift/Express AP UI 
  • Log to affected AP / virtual controller
  • Navigate to Configuration - Access Points - Manage Access Points
  • Check AP / virtual controller you want to change
  • Click on Tools and select Export / Import Config
