Summit x670G2-48x-4q
Procedure
This procedure is based on a two node stack with a master and backup.
  • From the master type in the following command:
    • configure stacking-support stack-ports all selection native V160
  • From the backup type in the same command:
    • telnet slot 2
    • configure stacking-support stack-ports all selection native V160
  • Unplug the power from both switches.
  • If the QSFP+  is not already installed install.
  • Unplug SFP Alternate stacking cables.
  • Plug-in alternate stacking cables in a crossing fashion as per kcs : How to connect two X670-G2 switches together for native stacking
  • Plug-in the power to both switches.
  • Check the stack from the master.
Additional notes
configure the stack-ports as per requirement  v80 / v160 .
Execute reboot when prompted, after executing commands.
