How to collect support data for any device using Brocade Network Advisor.
Environment
  • Brocade Network Advisor - BNA
  • VDX
  • MLX
  • CER/CES
Procedure
  1. Open Network Advisor client.
  2. Click on Monitor
  3. From the drop down click on Technical Support
  4. Click on Product / Host SupportSave
  5. Select required device or devices from the available products list and click OK
  6. By default, the support data will be saved under directory \Network Advisor\data\ftproot\technicalsupport\ipproducts
