Procedure
  1.  To configure a management IP address, issue the following syntax from a local console session:
set ip address <IP_ADDRESS> mask <SUBNET_MASK> gateway <DEFAULT_GATEWAY>
  2.  If your IP address / subnet is not in default VLAN 1, we will need to create the new vlan, and assign it as the host vlan:
set vlan create <VLAN_ID>
set host vlan <VLAN_ID>
  3.  Management VLAN should typically be tagged on all uplink ports up to your default gateway router:
set vlan egress <VLAN_ID> <PORT_STRING> tagged
