Procedure
1.  To configure LACP passive mode, clear off the active mode setting with the following syntax:
clear port lacp port <PORT_STRING> aadminstate lacpactive
2.  To verify if the local port is set to active or passive mode, review the flag set on the ActorAdminState Where A=Active and P=Passive with following command:
C5(su)->show port lacp port ge.1.1 status detail

Global Link Aggregation state : Disabled
