Procedure
Assume two routers connected to each other. They will act as OSPF neighbors.

Configure and enable OSPF with BFD
Router 1:
configure ospf router ID <router ID> #optional
configure ospf add vlan <VLAN name> area 0.0.0.0 link-type <broadcast/point-to-point> # assuming area 0.0.0.0
configure ospf vlan <VLAN name> bfd on
enable ospf vlan <VLAN name>

Router 2:
configure ospf router ID <router ID> #optional
configure ospf add vlan <VLAN name> area 0.0.0.0 link-type <broadcast/point-to-point> # assuming area 0.0.0.0
configure ospf vlan <VLAN name> bfd on
enable ospf vlan <VLAN name>

Configure and enable BFD for the VLAN
Router 1:
enable bfd vlan <VLAN name>

Router 2:
enable bfd vlan <VLAN name>


 
Additional notes
Optional: To configure transmit and receive intervals -
This will essentially configure the intervals at which BFD hellos are being sent and received. Three missed hellos will bring the BFD session down. The default transmit and receive interval is 1000 ms.
 
configure bfd vlan <vlan name> receive-interval <time in ms> transmit-interval <time in ms>
