Procedure
1. The procedure below will configure the switch for radius authentication for local console foe SSH
 
(Extreme 220) (Config)#aaa authentication login SSH-Radius radius local
(Extreme 220) (Config)#radius server host auth <server-ip> name <server-name>
(Extreme 220) (Config)#radius server key auth <server-ip>" encrypted <shared-secret>
(Extreme 220) (Config)#radius server primary <server-ip>

Extreme 220) (Config)#line ssh
(Extreme 220) (Config-ssh)#
(Extreme 220) (Config-ssh)#login authentication SSH-Radius

2. Verification
 
(Extreme 220) #show  authentication methods

Login Authentication Method Lists
---------------------------------
defaultList         :  local

SSH-Radius       :  radius   local    enable

Enable Authentication Method Lists
