Objective
Configuration for X670V and X460G2 stacking limitations between specific device and stack modules

 
Environment
  • X670V-48t with [VIM4-40G4X] module
  • X670V-48x with [VIM4-40G4X] module
  • X460-G2-48t-10GE4-Base with [Summit X460-G2 VIM-2q] module
  • EXOS
Procedure

1.  enable stacking-support
2.  configure stacking-support stack-ports all selection native v160
3.  reboot
4.  configure stacking protocol enhanced
5.  reboot
On master only
6.  enable stacking 

 
Additional notes
  • All stacking rules apply prior to stacking units
  • V160 is only supported on ports S3 and S4 on the VIM4-40G4X module.
  • In the configuration describe, only V160 stacking is supported
