Procedure
  1. In OneView go to Alarms and Events --> Alarm Configuration
  2. Click “Add” button to create new “Custom Criteria Alarm”

  1. Name the Alarm something like AP DFS Channel Timeout, select severity “Warning”, check off “Enable” check box . 
  2. Custom Criteria click on “Add” and select “Phrase Criteria”

  1. In the Adding Phrase Criteria menu click on "Edit List" to create the new criteria:

  1. Click the add button, in the Text Phrase field enter “Radar found on channel” without quotes.

  1. Click Save (few times to complete)
  2. Now go to the "Actions" section to enable email notifications:

  1. Click Add, then Add Email Action
  2. "Destination" select the email address you want to have the notification sent to 
  3. “Override Subject” Enter in NetSight $severity Alarm: $alarmName
  4. "Override Body" put your in your message: 
Device: $deviceIp
Severity: $severity
Message: $message
DFS Channels/Frequencies:
Channel 52 : 5260
Channel 56:  5280
Channel 60:  5300
Channel 64:  5320
Channel 100: 5500
Channel 104: 5520
Channel 108: 5540
Channel 112: 5560
  1. Click "Save" and "Save" to complete the procedure.
