1. Login to the ExtremeCloud portal and navigate to Admin -> Accounts. Double click on the user name.
2. Type the new password into the Password and Confirm Password fields. Select Save.
If you are unable to login to the ExtremeCloud portal due to a forgotten password, the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page can be used to reset the password.
Enter the answer to the security question and select "Submit"
An email will be sent to the email address with a temporary password.
If the email address on the account is not valid and you cannot login to the ExtremeCloud portal using any other Admin account login, you must contact GTAC in order to reset the account password and email account.
