Procedure
Method #1
     1. SSH to the access points IP address
     2. Login with the default username and password (unless password was changed through controller):
Username= admin
Password= new2day
     3. Enter the command: cset factory
The access point will reboot with the factory settings

Method #2 (Not available on the 3865e)
     1. Locate the reset button on the access point 
     2. With the unit powered up, press on hold the button in for 20 seconds
     3. Release the button
The access point will reboot with the factory settings
