Procedure
  1. Open an SSH session to the SIEM Console
  2. If a managed host is experiencing the hardware error open an SSH session to the managed host from the SIEM Console session opened in step 1
  3. Change directory to the support folder: cd /opt/qradar/support
  4. Verify the permissions on the DSA utility: ls -l ibm_utl_dsa* they should be 755 (xxxx-xx-x)
  5. If necessary change permissions: chmod 755 ibm_utl_dsa_dsyta0r-9.20_portable_rhel5_x86-64.bin
  6. Run a DSA report for your appliance: ./ibm_utl_dsa_dsytd1o-9.50_portable_rhel6_x86-64.bin
  7. The DSA utility will create a .gz file in /var/log/IBM_Support with the machine type, serial number, and date.xml.gz, such as /var/log/IBM_Support/7944AC1_KQ97NYC_20150927-163515.xml.gz
