Objective
How to troubleshoot ZTP+ problems occured when trying to atttempting to use zero touch provisioning for device configuration.
Environment
  • EXOS
  • XMOD
  • X460-G2
  • Extreme  Control Center
Procedure
To enable better logging on the Extreme Control Center Appliance. Use the following procedure
  • Click Administration Tab->Diagnostics->Select level advanced or diagnostics.
  • Click on Server
  • Click on Server Diagnostics
  • Select Enhanced Zero Touch Provisioning Diagnostic Level to Verbose
  • Click OK

This will write the information on the ZTP+ transactions to the server.log, which is available by gathering the show support How to generate a show support from Oneview  OR Click back on Server and Select Server Log
