Procedure
     1.  It's recommended to first copy off your startup configuration to a computer, so click System dropdown menu > click Utilities > Click Transfer button Once in the Utilities menu:

     2.  Click on the TFTP Upload button, then select File Type "Startup Configuration" > Insert TFTP server IP address, and the Filename:

     3.  To download the new firmware click System dropdown > Mouse over Firmware > Click Configuration and Upgrade:

     4.  If there are any backup images click the Delete button before loading a new image on the switch:

     5.  Click the backup upload button, then select image from local machine you're upgrading to > then click Begin Transfer

     6.  Once transfer is complete, set the Next Active boot image then click submit button:
IMPORTANT: If this is a multi-unit stack the next active firmware must be manually set for each individual unit. Failure to set the same firmware image on each unit will result in a firmware mismatch and loss of front panel port functionality.

     7.  To complete upgrade, reset the switch by clicking System dropdown > Utilities > System reset > Click reset button:
