Why I cannot log in to HiveManager Classic online account? When I try to log in I see the following message:

Answer
As it stands in the system message visible on the picture above the account associated to provided email address is not active any more. If the account shouldn't be deactivated, please, contact GTAC for further investigation, or your Extreme Networks sales representative for a new proposal.
