Answer
  • This is mos likely cased by an error related to the database, that occurred during the upgrade. This has been seen before by upgrades from track 6.x to 7.x. This behaviour has nothing to do with the license i.e. NMS-Base 50 in this case.
  • The following procedure is recommended:

 

execute:
/etc/init.d/nsdatabase stop
/etc/init.d/nsdatabase start

reboot the NMS

 

  • If the error persists after the upgrade, re-instalation of the NMS is necessary.
