TitleCan I apply an ACL on member ports of a LAG?
Question
  • Can i apply ACL on member ports of a LAG?
Environment
  • EXOS
  • ACL
  • LAG (Link-Aggregation)
Answer
  • Yes, we can apply ACL to member ports of a LAG.
  • Please note that if ACL is applied ONLY on master port of a LAG then that ACL will not get propagated to other member ports in that LAG.
  • Therefore, when configuring an ACL on a master port of LAG, it has to be applied individually on each and every member port of that LAG.
Please also see the useful article How to create and apply an ACL in EXOS.
