Where are the downloads and licenses for ExtremeXOS (Black Diamond, Summit, E4G) and WiNG W3000 Series and what happened to the eSupport site?

Downloads and licensing for ExtremeXOS (BlackDiamond, Summit, E4G) and WiNG WM3000 Series have moved to the new Extreme Portal.

The eSupport site was decommissioned on February 13th, 2017.

  • If you have logged in to the eSupport site between Feb 2016 - Feb 2017 a login for the new Extreme Portal has already been created for you using the same email address. You will just need to use this link to reset your password for the new Extreme Portal.
  • If you have not logged in to the eSupport site between Feb 2016 - Feb 2017, then you will need to send an email to epnsupport@extremenetworks.com and indicated that you would like to have access to the new Extreme Portal.
  • If you have never had a support-related account with Extreme Networks, you will need to submit a web request to create a new account to get access to the new Extreme Portal. Please note that it may take up to a day for your new credentials to be associated to your proper company/account.
