How to Generate an RMA Waybill Number on the new Extreme Portal?

New Process on the Extreme Portal located here:

Step 1: Navigate to Support > Case Management

Step 2: Open a Case with an RMA associated to it. You can use the advanced filters to see all your RMA related cases.

Step 3: Open the RMA tab of your Case and expand the RMA Details section (click the caret on the right side) and locate the "Generate Waybill" link near the bottom of the page.

Additional notes
  • Important - the section which includes the RMA details is initially shown collapsed and you must click the caret symbol ^ on the right hand side to expand this section.
  • The Generate Waybill link will not appear until after GTAC has done some work and processed the case. 
  • Here is a direct link to the Generate Waybill page: 
  • It is very important that the RMA Order Number and Shipping Part # are correct when the waybill is generated.
  • The RMA Order Number has been replaced with the RMA Case Number. Please enter in the RMA Case Number in the RMA Order Number field on the Generate Waybill page. We are working to get this re-labled to be more intuitive. 
  • Selecting the correct Shipping Part #is explained in the How to fill out the RMA shipping label article.
