Question
What might be causing the high RAM usage messages displayed in the logs:

Answer
This might be caused by a process that is continuously restarting.

Check the process history by running the following commands 
>en
#service show pm history

If the results displayed show a high count for a certain process then this is what is causing the high RAM usage and a reboot of the AP would normally resolve the issue.
