How do I configure EXOS for NIC teaming with route based on an IP hash in ESXi?
Environment
  • EXOS
  • Summit
  • BlackDiamond
  • Link aggregation ( LAG/Sharing ) 
  • VMware / ESX
Answer
The corresponding configuration in EXOS is:
enable sharing <master_port> grouping <port_list> algorithm address-based L3_L4

Example:
enable sharing 10 grouping 10,11 algorithm address-based L3_L4


Make sure every interface in the vSwitch is set load balancing mode to route based on IP hash.(and make sure it is set for that for all vlans in that vswitch) !!
