Additional notes
Attempting to install new license AuthCode via GUI in ADSP may not work at this time and an error maybe be generated.

Note: This not a bug with AirDefense, its is an issue with the license server. The necessary ports are being blocked to license server from the web. Extreme is currently working on resolving this issue.

Currently, to install new AirDefense license it is necessary to open a case with the WING support team (GTAC). The AirDefense license AuthCodes have to be added manually.

GTAC will require the following to fulfill the request:
  • the license AuthCodes
  • the 'appliance key' .enc file from the AirDefense server
