Answer
Steps to remove temp files (service modules and log files) from AirDefense usr/local/temp directory using WINSCP - Windows Secure Copy:

1. Login to AirDefense Appliance using WINSCP - Windows Secure Copy Program (Available on Web)
    Default Login Credentials: Username = smxmgr / Password = smxmgr

2. Successful login shows Appliance Directories on right / local machine on left:
     Example Shown below:

3. Use Up Arrow icon 3 times to Navigate to /usr directory:

up arrow to navigate

4. Double Click on usr directory:

5. Double Click on local directory:

6. Double Click on tmp directory:

7. Remove un-needed files and logs here:

8. Right Click on file or log and select delete:

Additional notes
Noting Some system files in this directory are protected via root and cannot be removed
