Answer
There is no way to adjust this. Extreme Management is scanning the wireless log for the phrase 'out of service'. If we receive that from the wireless controller then the alarm will hit and the action performed. 

When the AP is back in service you should also receive another event for that where you can also send an email stating as such. If that is not configure then you just need to edit the AP In Service alarm and adjust the action that takes place.
