Answer
“OSPFv2 links – maximum number of links in the router LSA” in release notes suggest a maximum number of links in a single router LSA, not a total number of LSAs.
It means that OSPF state can be stuck in loading even though there’s only single LSA when it exceeds the limitation.
Since the “show ospf lsdb” command can’t display detail information of it in that situation, you need to capture LS updates packet from a port to see if it’s over the it.
