  • The Ridgeline 4.0 is End of Support and no longer support provided by GTAC.
The product end of sale was announced in May 2, 2014 and according to the announcement, the end of engineering date has passed.
End of Sales Milestones
End-of-Sales Announcement: May 2, 2014
End-of-Sale Date (Final Sale): June 30, 2015
End-of Engineering Date: June 30, 2016
End-of-Support Date: December 31, 2016
End of Engineering: No additional Service Packs or patches are planned.
  • The Ridgeline 3.1 is End of Support and no longer support provided by GTAC.
The product end of support was announced in Oct, 2014 and according to the announcement:
