Few of the reasons why static routes do not get exported into OSPF

- For example, the following static routes - "10.6.30.0/23","10.6.32.0/24"; were to be exported into protocol OSPF. 
- Always check the flags under the "show iproute", for the routes that need to be exported are marked with 'U' and 'f' (U= UP; f= provided to FIB) flags.

- Only the longest prefix match (or) better metric route would be placed in the hardware table (FIB). 
- The 'debug hal show ipv4fib' shows the route that got placed in the hardware table in case of multiple routes.

Flags: F = Forwarded to hdw,  M = Multipath flag,  E = Error rt pointer,  D = Direct Route
 
Note -
Either there could be a closest prefix matched / better metric route in routing table (or) the VLAN static route itself might be inactive, only then the routes would not be flagged by 'U' and 'f'
