Answer
The critical error message indicates that the CMOS Battery type CR2032 charge is going low and it needs to be replaced to another of the same type.
Additional notes
The battery is field replaceable BUT you need to power down the controller.

Field replacing the battery does *not* void the warranty of the controller.
