Answer
Link Aggregation Groups will provide overall bandwidth increases for multiple users/sessions/flow but no single session will transmit higher than the individual port speed of the links that comprise the LAG. Traffic is dispersed over the ports of the LAG based on a hashing algorithm that keys off of either the source/destination MAC or the source/destination IP of a packet. This means that packets with the same source/destination MAC or IP address will always travel across the same link therefore a single session can only transmit at the link speed of the individual port.
