Answer
The AP ICON's that are red are due to APs presently having crash files. If running out dated firmware, we highly recommend upgrading the infrastructure and clearing out the crash files on APs. If running current firmware, please access the controller and/or virtual controller CLI and perform the following to clear the crash files:

enable [enter]
remote-debug clear-crash-info rf-domain xxxxxxx [enter]
