Cause
  • Software defect ERS495900-4849 (ERS 4900/5900)
  • Software defect ERS454800-2791 (ERS 4800)
Resolution
Additional notes
Issue can be avoided by addressing either of the following options prior to flash failure when on affected versions of code:
  • Disable auto-save
  • Access switch periodically to ensure that at least one read/write user account remains active
