  • "Configuration Upgrade failed, Aborting the Process!"
  • Missing VNS configuration after upgrading from version 09.21.19.0003 to 10.41.09.0008 
  • Wireless controller logs messages similar to the following:

Sep 11 18:53:45 WEST 2018 C5210 Upgrading From Release 9_21 
Sep 11 18:55:15 WEST 2018 Successfully Restored the Internal Configuration

Exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'.   • Software version 09.21.19.0003
  • Software version 10.41.10.0014 and lower
Cause
Software incompatibility
Resolution
Fix: Upgrade to 10.41.11 or higher
