Resolution
Add NAC settings to allow switches to authenticate using AAA login details:
  1. Log into the Extreme NAC
  2. Navigate to 'Control' > then  'Access Control'
  3. Select 'Switches' and then edit a switch
  4. From the pop-up screen, you will be able to add 'Management RADIUS Server' details (primary and secondary server).
