2019/11/13-10:16:44, [SSMD-1405], 1387183, SW/0 | Active | DCE, INFO, mbhdq-vdx6740-core-s01, IPv4 access list VE-33-ACL-OUT configured on interface Ve 33 at Egress by User.
2019/11/13-10:16:44, [SSMD-1436], 1387184, SW/0 | Active | DCE | VCS RID1, WARNING, mbhdq-vdx6740-core-s01, IPv4 access list VE-33-ACL-OUT partially active on interface Ve 33 at Egress.


 
Environment
  • VDX   6740
  • NOS  6.0.2h
  • ACL (Access control list)

 
Cause
The ACL  is not getting written due to TCAM resource getting depleted.
This is a  hardware limitation and no further enhancement can be done on Egress side
Resolution
Remove unwanted ACL's from egress side
Upgrade VDX hardware platform to 6940
