Extreme Management Center - Repetitive "Connection to server lost. Please try again later."
A client browser connection is repeatedly disconnected with the following message:
Connection to server lost. Please try again later.
The WebGUI timeout value is set to default (20m) or any other value and that time has not yet lapsed.
Extreme Management Center (XMC, formerly NetSight)

Disruption of the TCP connection between client browser and XMC server for greater than 45 to 60 seconds due to TCP keep-alive loss detection.
Ensure that the network connection between the client machine and Extreme Management Center is stable and traffic is not disrupted or dropped by firewall or routing policies.
In the above scenario traces on the client PC and XMC will show that the TCP connection between the two endpoints is broken. The client trace will be seen trying to communicate with XMC, but the XMC trace will show no ingress traffic from the client. The XMC trace will be seen trying to communicate with the client, but the client trace shows no ingress traffic from XMC. The connection between the two entities is severed.
