Cause
NP CSRAM errors are a type of parity error. Parity errors come in two types: soft and hard. Soft errors are transient errors, a change in the electrical charge of a memory cell by an external factor. Hard errors are caused by a fault with the memory cell.
Resolution
Reload the affected device. Soft errors are permanently resolved this way. Hard errors will re-occur after the reload (within 24 hours normally) and will require the device be RMA'ed.
