Cause
Extreme Cloud Appliance SNMP v3 configuration settings contains "Context String" information which can prohibit import/discovery and communications issues with Extreme AirDefense
Resolution
1. Ensure Correct SNMP user is configured in Extreme Cloud Appliance:

Extreme Cloud Appliance snmp v3 user

2. Remove any data from the Extreme Cloud Appliance snmp v2 configuration "Context String" Field and leave it blank:

This should allow successful import of Extreme Cloud Appliance into Extreme AirDefense

Ensure your AirDefense Communications Settings Profile for snmp v3 match Extreme Cloud Appliance snmp v3 configuration settiings:
