Symptoms
  • Copying a config from TFTP server that was originally backed up from XMC fails

Cause
  • Product functioning as designed
  • Configuration backups done using XMC cannot be transferred off XMC to separate TFTP/SFTP server or USB to restore switch configuration
Resolution
XMC must be used to restore a configuration backed up by XMC
