Resolution
Extreme WebShell Terminal used to connect via SSH to managed devices like ERS platforms.

1. Extreme WebShell Terminal may display the following similar output:

2. Enable SSH on ERS switch.
(config)#ssh

(config)#show ssh global

3. Select Device you want to use ExtremeShell -> Right Click on device and then click >_Terminal
