TitleEOS Router cannot ping devices on a VLAN and the Same Devices Can ping Each Other
Symptoms
  • EOS switch cannot ping devices from the interface on a VLAN
  • All devices, on the same vlan, and not connected to the EOS switch can ping each other
  • show port mac shows the correct MAC address for a device which cannot ping the EOS switch
  • show config policy shows the policy is configured
  • Debug of traffic (See additional notes) shows the packet is dropped due to policy

set mac authentication port disable lag.0.10

permit ip any host 203.0.113.11
exit
