Cause
AP cannot reach pool.ntp.org
Resolution
  1. From the local site, ping the AP
  2. SSH to the AP
  3. Check the AP log
#tail –f /tmp/log/ap.log
Look for timesync message like below. If the AP cannot reach pool.ntp.org it will never make a connection to the Cloud Controller.

Address the issues as to why the AP cannot do a dnslookup of pool.ntp.org from the customer’s network.
