Symptoms
AP Won't "Connect" to controller after 1 Hour of power loss
Environment
  • IdentiFi
  • IdentiFi C5210
  • Firmware 10.31.05.0003
  • AP3825i
  • Controller WILL accept AP IF removed from controller & AP is Factory Default
Cause
Controller seems to be hung and will not accept Approved AP
 
Resolution
  1. Release ALL APs to Backup Controller (If Applicable)
  2. Reboot unstable controller,
  3. Release ALL APs back to their original Controllers.(If Applicable)
