Symptoms
After replacing an ExtremeWireless Access Point (RMA to replace a failing Access Point) in the customer Cloud configuration, the old and new Access Points were still showing as attached to the Site.
Environment

ExtremeWireless
All Access Points
Firmware 4.11
Cause
An issue that can cause the database to become inconsistent when an AP is deleted. The AP appears to still be present for some purposes but not for others.
Resolution
The issue will be resolved with the 4.21 Cloud upgrade.
