BNA reports are not launching on a Linux Headless Install
On a workingheadless Linux Network Advisordeployment, the user launches areport from the report menu but nothing happens.
Software Release: All Network Advisor Linux Releases Fixed in Version: N/A
One ore more of the following could cause the issue: 1. Web browser not installed. 2. Desired web browser is not configured as the default web browser on the server.
Please ensure one of the compatible Network Advisor web browsers are installed properly, working, and configured as the default browser. Network Advisor will then detect theconfigured default web browser and launch it whenever a Network Advisor report is run.
