Environment
  • EXOS 16.2.x
  • E4G-200 & E4G-400
  • CES (Circuit Emulation Service)
Cause
  • Cannot delete a specified circuit emulation service (CES) pseudowire instance when tdm clock source is configured as adaptive or differential
Resolution
  • You have to configure the tdm clock-source to line (default value) first before deleting the CES instance
    * E4G-200.108 # conf ports 14 tdm clock-source line 
    * E4G-200.109 # delete ces "Test01" 
    * E4G-200.110 # show configuration "ces" 
    # 
    # Module ces configuration.
