Try the following:
If the above steps don't re-establish the cluster, follow these instructions: How to disable and recreate a non-working cluster on WiNG controllers
- Start with the Standby controller and change the cluster routing level to level 2 and save. This will break the cluster and is expected.
- On the Primary controller, change the cluster routing level to level 2 and save. This should bring the cluster back up.
Make sure you use the following CLI commands when re-joining the cluster:
#join-cluster <primary controller IP> user admin password <primary controller password> level 2 mode standby
Verify that the cluster has been established:
#sh cluster status
#sh cluster members
#sh cluster config
