Symptoms
The issue can be observed in following topology and configuration:
PC1 <-> [1]switch[2]  <-> PC2
configure vman ethertype 0x8100 secondary
configure ports 21 ethertype secondary
configure ports 22 ethertype secondary
create vman "v4000" tag 4000
create vman "v4001" tag 4001
configure vman v4000 add ports 1 tagged
configure vman v4000 add ports 2 untagged
configure vman v4001 add ports 1 tagged
configure vman v4001 add ports 2 cep cvid 200
enable vman cep egress filtering ports 2
If send continuous ARP request packets from PC1 with tag 4000, PC2 receive a traffic with tag 4000 but it should receive a packet without tag.

Pinging from PC1:
root@PC1# ping -c1 -q 10.0.0.21
--- 10.0.0.21 ping statistics ---
1 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100.0% packet loss

PC2 traffic capture:
20:17:23.372867 00:25:0:67:a0:37 > 00:25:90:67:a0:36, ethertype 802.1Q (0x8100), length 102: vlan 4000, p 0, ethertype IPv4, 10.0.0.22 > 10.0.0.21: ICMP echo request, id 57397, seq 0, length 64

Cause
The root cause of the issue is a software defect #xos0064682
Resolution
Upgrade to EXOS version with fix of xos0064682.
