  • firmware 10.01.02 through 10.01.05.
Cause
The suspected cause is a memory leak, which leads to a crash in the core functionality.

The signature in the AP report log for this specific bug is 
WIPS: 01588:m3TaskApp.c:1143-m3GetGlobalBuf()-Unable to allocate buffer for create_empty_outbound_message, ownerTid 25

WIPS: create_empty_outbound_message: Failed to allocate buffer to send msg.

WIPS: 01588:wipsReport.cpp:114-sendNotify()-Radio: 0, Cannot allocate message buffer.
